Add in HTMX
Setup Base template for Login and Landing to use

• style.css

• HTMX

  • Login
    ○ Username Entry
    ○ Password Entry
    ○ Redirect to Landing upon successful login
  • Landing
    ○ Keep Polling title top left
    ○ Logout button top right
    § Redirect to Login on Logout
    ○ Remainder of screen filled with Polls subscreen
    § List of Polls on the left
    § On the right is a Poll Detail screen

When selecting the Poll in the list, the right will populate with the detail (voting)
